Release gate

The UI end-to-end gate was waived for this release: Fix release: alpha.485's image and PyPI wheel installed sqlglot unpinned (30.23.0), which renamed Scope.union_scopes, breaking every query. Provisa now targets sqlglot 30.23 with a bounded pin. Cut at the maintainer's direction to bring up the live demos (2026-10-15).
